We're looking for a talented IT Associate to join our team located downtown Šiauliai. You'll work directly with our marketing team, helping to analyze data into actionable insights and creating engaging digital experiences. If you enjoy working with data points, programming, AI, and marketing, this role is for you.

What will you do

• Work with marketing teams on various creative and data-driven projects
• Process and analyze large data files to extract meaningful insights
• Apply your front-end coding skills to support digital marketing initiatives
• Use AI tools to enhance workflows and tackle complex challenges
• Collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

What you should know

• Strong understanding of web architecture fundamentals - from how users interact with interfaces, to HTTP request flows, redirects, and server-client communication
• Good front-end coding skills for implementing marketing solutions. Solid experience with Vanilla JavaScript(ES6), React, Python
• Experience in handling various APIs, summarizing data and analyzing large datasets
• Confident English communication with team and business partners
• Strategic use of AI tools and creation of workflows for complex tasks
